Meet Our Founder
Lino Goncalves 

With over 15 years in the property industry, I’ve worked across every stage of the property lifecycle. My background includes working as an auctioneer, buying and renovating properties acquired at auction, operating as an estate agent, and sourcing property privately for investors.

I’ve also spent many years within property management, giving me a practical, end-to-end understanding of how opportunities are identified, accessed, improved, and exited. Alongside this, I’m a certified project manager and business analyst, and I’ve spent many years consulting for estate agents and property professionals — helping them improve systems, sourcing strategies, and operational performance.

This combined experience underpins everything behind Pro To Properties: real knowledge, built in the field and applied strategically.
